I had trouble earlier answering Ron on the Times thread. It wouldn't let me post two lines!
I received an email from Admin saying that I had to verify my account! and giving instructions on how to do that.
However, I ignored that and just tried again to reply to Ron and that time - and ever since - everything has just gone trouble without any problems.
I DO have Adblock on.
I've also tried logging off and back on gain since then and all seems to be running smoothly.

Rusty, did you look to seeif you had an email from Admin?

Sorry, late catching up on the recent posts - had no problem earlier on so we'll see if this one works OK.

To all my lost forum friends.
I have had 6 emails from the fine folks at Admin.
I have complied with them.
I have composed and sent 5 posts to Pigale telling her about my wonderful weather.
None reached the forum.
My very short "test" post got there.
It is pointless me telling Pigale about my wonderful weather now because the rain is hammering down!
Now fingers crossed that this post shall get through the traps set by Ash!

I'm sending this just in case you are able to read messages, even if you are unable to post a reply at the moment.
I gather you tried the verification link for your email address sent by Admin and that didn't work?
Rather than use that link, have you tried just logging off the forum and then "on" again?
I did that when I had a minor glitch earlier trying to answer Ron on the Times thread - Admin wouldn't let me post a two line reply! - and since I did that, all seems to be functioning ok now.
Worth a try if you haven't already done it?
Have you tried emailing Norah or Ash?
I hope you get things sorted out!

We are supposed to have high winds tomorrow with temps lower than usual - Hope we will not be sending more bad weather towards your way !

Did you watch any of the Tour of Spain ? I could not rise the interest after reading the article you sent yesterday.
