I share those sentiments, Heisenberg. Obviously a lot of work put into the construction, and requiring the solver to use pretty well all the information he had, as he went along. Though the theme of what one Westminster teacher thought about another was obscure and of marginal interest.
Also featuring antagonists who've never needed to work in the real world, there is a 'referendum special' puzzle by Shackleton on the crossword centre, asking the solver to decide the future of our state. I ended up with a centre line of David Janssen, which struck me as very fitting : I'm sure even the Fugitive could have made a better job of things than either of the Etonian clowns.
