I'm still struggling to find the third feature. All I've gotten from the forum hints so far is that it's a variant spelling. Does anyone have any advice?

It’s a bit random though. For instance Mr for mister is a noun but Sr for sister is an abbreviation.

Cypher house - it is in Bradfords under the word used to describe the feature in the song. Sadly if it is a word you don’t know it will not leap out through grid staring. It is “appropriately disposed in the grid” but not in the same way as the other two.
Can’t give much more without giving a very good game away - sorry.

Thanks smithsax. Alas I do not own Bradford's so that route is equally unavailable to me. Is this word in the chambers app at least or any publicly available online sources?

I have so a bit of digging. If you type the generic head word followed by the words crossword clue into google you will find the answer.

The problem, Brendan, is that, without getting way too specific, we can't know which one you're lacking. Nor do I know which part of London you're from. All I can say is that one of them has an EC2 postcode.
