The magic of posting my frustrations seems to have worked again!!

........I've just carried out the instruction on a blank piece of paper and that extra line is quite visible without having to draw it - now onto the inquisitor.

I trust that this is not crossing the line, but it’s nothing more complicated than entering lines joining X-X, Y-Y, Z-Z etc.
