Krauton, to save everyone time why don’t you just post all the answers at once, with parkings? That way people can just look through for the ones they are missing. You could tell us the theme too, for completeness

Could anyone assist with the parsing for Study's conclusion...

I have the answer but can't see the wordplay. Thanks!

NXE - Word for study with its last letter "doubled" - think Roman numerals.

Actually Quisling, I preferred parkings. It always takes me half an hour to find a place to leave my car that's within a mile of my post office when I have to pick a parcel, which happens often because Czech Post is too lazy to deliver anything that weighs more than a cornflake.

Flippancy aside, I agree with your sentiments.

Loge, thanks for the hint to the second clue in your earlier post. Not a term this Yank had ever heard. I take it that it is short for caveat?

Hi MPRS,

I think it's Latin - Chambers shows the example "cave canem" 'beware of the dog'😃

OK, so same root as caveat. Thanks, Brendan.
