Good morning, Pigale!
I am fine.
Hope you are, too?
I could not log on to Forum for a while.
Wonder if it was me, or what?
It is quite dark and gloomy here and raining!
Ah, well!

Boy, do I have weather!
It is very dark out.
Thunder and lightning and heavy rain.
Sky TV has no signal and Broadband is intermittent.
The ospreys appear to be getting the same weather as me!

Yes, I am fine too Rusty;

Watched UK weather forecast and saw the threat for thunderstorms for your area as well as N.W. England.
Here, still blue sky and hot so far.
I see today's stage finish is at high altitude (1960 metres) - this should suit some riders.
Tomorrow's time trial takes place in an area I know very well - Sallanches, (as well as St.Gervais Mont Blanc the next day) are very close (10kms) to a village where I spent 6 winter weeks in a rest home; my room was just opposite the Mont blanc! Wonderful.
Went to Sallanches' market a few times.

Rusty, Picture from the loch is once more unavailable; could it be due to weather conditions?

Hello, Pigale!
I am looking forward to today's racing, Pigale.
The Time Trial tomorrow will bring back good memories of your stay in the area, I'm sure!
I have had bother with broadband etc all morning.
Could well be the same at the loch.
it is only just over twenty miles from me.
Sky TV lost the signal too, and I do not remember that happening before.
Some day here!

Hello, Pigale,
There is no broadband signal to my mobile phone.
I get a message saying "ready to connect when line quality improves".
Sounds like BT has cut the service back a bit until the storm moves away.

Good morning, Rusty!
You were up and about very early this morning!
I am only just back from the park - somewhat later than usual today.
It was a morning for bumping into folk whom I hadn't seen for a while and playing catch up!
I am now "chasing my tail"...... but it was very pleasant to chat!
I am sorry about your awful weather!
Still hot here...although minimally fresher than yesterday, thank goodness!
Adding to Russia and drugs.... and Brexit (to debate or not to debate; a bit like Hamlet)...............we now have this business about GP lists!
They are talking of removing a patient's name from his/her GP list if the patient hasn't seen the doctor within five years.
One is being penalised for being healthy!
This will cause quite a furore, I should imagine!
The webcam is working now....... only one bird in residence!
I am having trouble this morning with connections....computer is very slow and Google is dragging its feet......

Good morning, Elle!
Weather is slightly less bad here!
I remember a GP commenting to me that it was my first visit in seven years. Changed days, now!
Brexit?
I am a remainer, but I am in no way qualified to debate.
Far to many politicians telling lies for my liking.
BTCare have tweeted that there are problems all over the place with broadband this morning. Are you with BT?
I think if there is a chance of overload due to weather problems, they cut back the service a bit.
That, I think, is what we are experiencing.

Hello, Ros!
I think were it possible to test for drugs on site, this procedure would have been adopted long ago?
Most lab tests take several days to perform.......I think drug test results are usually available after about ten days.
No doubt the actual test is quicker than that, but it is most unlikely that there is an "on-site" test.
If there were, surely it would be problem solved!

Sounds like heavy rain at the Loch! Nest still empty; perhaps they are all taking refuge in a tree somewhere.
