Is anyone else having trouble with the picture quiz you have to do before you can post anything. I am getting on a bit, my tablet is small and the images not very clear so sometimes I just give up.

There are some who are struggling with the Captcha pictures.
And I agree it is more difficult on a tablet and almost impossible on a 'phone.
I would suggest you email Norah, the Forum administrator, and explain the problem.
She may have a solution, and please do not give up!

I am having a lovely day!
Our daughter and family arrived at twelve thirty and have just gone home!
It was great to see them and spend our special day with them.
Now, Chrome...I still have this downloaded onto my computer from a previous trial....
I didn't much like it, and went back to using Internet Explorer ( since replaced with Edge)
I have an Adblock on Edge, but not on Chrome - so would presumably have to set up another block on there if I go ahead and use it?
But I shall talk to Norah and / or Ash before I do anything further .....
It seems that I am not alone in suffering problems with Catcha, from what Thomas has said.
Now...what sort of a day have you had?

I am glad you enjoyed your day.
If you are concerned about Adblock, there are several browsers with built in Adblock.
I have Opera Mini, Brave, and Dolphin.
I know Brave has pictures on Captcha, not sure of the other two.
There is also an Adblock browser but I have not tried it.
I may try it on my tablet, later.
Downloading Adblock is a bit old hat now, seeing as there are several browsers with it built in.
I think you are best contacting Norah to see if she can help you.
Thomas is having problems and it was mentioned on another thread, too.
I have had a quiet afternoon watching the football.

I think some changes may have already taken place ? Using a tablet, for my last two posts, a few minutes ago, no Captcha pictures appeared...... just a box to tick

I cannot use the computer or tablet without an adblock, as the ads trigger off a migraine attack.
I have an adblock on Edge (cannot remember which one, but it works a treat) and, as you know, on your recommendation I now use Brave ,which has a built- in adblock, on my Hudl.
I will send Norah reports on my own situation, and also extracts about Thomas and 63acornwall's problems.
I am happy to help control the spam by ticking a box......or even dealing with one picture...but five on one posting is too much.
I have only just tackled the Everyman!

I tried "Safari" to see how it works. Apart from the awful adverts, the captcha just has a tick

It is strange how some browsers need one tick, and others require picture searching and ticking!
