Still fine weather here, but the forecast is not so promising.
I was out walking earlier around the neighbourhood.
I will watch the racing from Aintree on my television.
I have finished my puzzle earlier.
Just caught some of the results from the Gold Coast.
I liked this one!
England's Annie "Last" was "First" in the mountain biking cross country race!
Well it appealed to me, anyway!

I am having a very enjoyable birthday!
Lunch was great, thank you... we all enjoyed it and we had a lovely waitress who was wonderful with the children.
Everyone came back here afterwards......
Our younger daughter and family have only just left for home.
Elder daughter is visiting a friend this evening...leaving us in charge of our grandsons!
How was the racing?
Did you have a small wager?
I expect your son will be arriving soon......

They have had a busy day - they should sleep well tonight.

Our daughter and grandsons go home tomorrow afternoon.

My son was here, but we lacked a special tool to do the job.
So, a visit to Screwfix is in the offing.

So we watched the golf from South Carolina.
Miss O and me are heading to Pine Cone tomorrow.
She is back to school on Monday.

The Pine Cone was fairly busy, it usually is.
No children though, it is well off the beaten track.
You have to "go" there, no passing trade.
