hello rusty
the camera occasionally zooms in if you are watching live, or you can scroll back along the red line to see more close-ups.
This was a screenshot posted in the rspb community .
I am just taking a tea break from gardening.......

Hi, Rusty!
A most beautiful warm afternoon!
Good to be out!
Ah, I do know the song.......leastways, I know some of the words, and the refrain "Son of a gun, we'll have big fun on the bayou".........
I didn't know the title of the song.
(As we had been discussing "gumbo", I thought you were referring to something to eat!)
Fats was great!
Karen Carpenter also sang it.
Nope, I cannot do that last parse!
25a: Legion having to carry not as much weight (9)
countless = legion (def)
less - not as much?
But the rest of it?
Are you going to watch BGT or record it?
I am not very keen on these initial stages of the show, as you know.
I much prefer it when the poorer stuff has been weeded out, and there is some worthwhile talent left!
I think this is why I like "The Voice"...everyone taking part is of a high standard from the beginning.

Hello, Elle!
Gumbo is something to eat!
Look to Chambers!
25, My take is, If it is not so important it will count less.
Countless being Legion, too.
I record BGT.
Will watch it in the morning before I go out, with the fast forward button ready!
I like the entertainment value, even when the act is not so good.
Now, I am off to watch the National!

Hi, Rusty!
We are at cross purposes .......I meant "Jambalaya"...... and not "gumbo".
You were referring to "Jambalaya" as a song........I thought it was food.
It seems it's both!
According to Chambers, Jambalaya is a Creole or Cajun dish made with rice mixed with seafood or chicken.
I live and learn!
Enjoy the National..........have you backed a particular horse?
I'm recording "Casualty" this evening, so may watch some of BGT as it is broadcast......or may check if it's repeated tomorrow and record that.
Uhm....I should think about dinner........

Hello, Elle!
Jambalaya sounds tasty!
I did not know what was in it, too.
Yes, I backed Katie Walsh in the National.
But her horse did not trouble the judge.
The first six horses home were Irish.
I am very pleased for Davy Russell, the winning jockey.
He is one I like, and he lost his Mum recently.
I know BGT is on one or other of the ITV stations tomorrow morning.
Have a wee look at your Freeview programme guide?
Ashley Banjo has a group of dancers on the show tonight.
I am looking forward to seeing them.
I like Ashley.
I have had my tea.
Mackerel in piri-piri (I think) sauce.
Was fine!

Hi, Rusty!
Yes, you are right......BGT is repeated on ITV1 tomorrow morning at 11am - as was "The Voice.
I have set the recorder for it, although I may take a look this evening .
My husband is out mowing the lawn!
All the heavy rain over the last week has made the grass shoot up...and it was badly in need of a cut.
The first time this year!
Have you needed to cut your grass yet?
Isn't Ashley Banjo from "Diversity"?
I didn't watch BGT back then, but I think you've sent me a link?
And hasn't the dance troupe been back on the show?
(or am I misremembering there?)
I thought the dancers were very good.
I love mackerel.........piri-piri sauce is new to me, though.
We had curry.

Hello, Elle!
No grass cut here, so far.
Yes, Ashley was from Diversity.
They did come back for a special appearance.
Think it was in a final show.
I think there were previous winners on, too.
Ashleigh and Pudsey?
Diversity are very good.
Ashley is 6ft 5ins!
Piri-piri sauce is new to me too.
Chambers says the name may come from Swahili!
I get mackerel with it on, in ASDA.
One minute in microwave oven and it's ready!

Hi, Rusty!
I am watching BGT.. words fail me.......
I will not spoil it for you by telling you anything about it.....other than the first act began with Amanda covering her eyes.......and David Walliams saying it was the most thrilling two minutes he'd ever watched!
Another act had Simon blowing his buzzer! and saying an emphatic "No" !
( He intimated that it wouldn't be suitable for the Royal Family to see!)
Right, no further comments or I shall spoil it for you.
The break is over so I am going back to watch.......

Hello, Elle!
Well, I follow BGT on Twitter and some acts are being posted there.
I have successfully avoided them all, but I could not resist watching Diversity Juniors.
They were great!
I did not see Ashley Banjo in the clip, though.
Was he there?
I am looking forward to watching the show tomorrow morning!
It makes me happy!
