Is there a reason for writing “ m’ “ rather than “my” in 10a ?
Perhaps I’m missing something.

[I'm reminded of the exchange between barrister F E Smith and the judge:
My client was as drunk as a judge, your worship
I think the expression is drunk as a lord, Mr Smith
Yes m'lud.]

Chris, if you decide to persevere, I recall that you set 12a as a Clueless word a little while back.

jono: I recall “M’colleague” was a phrase used by Fry and Laurie when they were together (to Fry’s benefit in my view). Beyond that, I think it’s just a bit of misdirection, which misdirected me for a bit.

Eek, I would love to be able to help but I'm struggling too. Just got 21d as FOI and 20a but like you I need some help please.

Actually just posting seems to be magic, as 1d revealed itself to me, why it took so long is a mystery as I was a teacher.

1d is an anagram of three words from the clue plus one third of another…
