This seems a fair puzzle and I was making good progress. HOWEVER...
in Row 14 I have the names of three composers (5,3,10) but talking out the vowels produces 11 letters instead of the required 10. Has anyone else encountered this or, if I am doing something wrong, could someone please help. I have 3 consonant letters for the first, 2 for the second and five of the third.

Thanks in advance

Yes, as in "bullet point".
I have finished but the only composer I can think of for the first entry in row 13 is a nineteenth-century Dane. Am I wrong? If I'm right, how does it parse?

In my solution for row 14 the first composer is 4 consonants, the second is one consonant and the third is five consonants.

I think row 14 consonants should be 4, 1, 5. The same letter appears in cols 4, 5, 6 of the row.
