3A i - we have the composer and the clue would make complete sense to us if it said Italy or Spain instead of France (the 'spiritual' around the 'one') but we don't understand why this is the answer with it being France. Any suggestions much appreciated.
3A i is the French word for one, a, inside a very common opposite of bad. He wrote Faust. Norn is n or n, in other words no choice at all, as it has to be n.
On reflection, I imagine you are using a three-letter noun for “spiritual”, rather than the four-letter adjective required. That’s why you have a three-letter Spanish or Italian word left inside

I have TNRS and what I think is the answer, the plural of a word meaning "a tenant's rights, duties", "conditions on which property is held" , but just cannot see the wordplay?
