Hi all-
I’m still struggling with the last few and I’ve come so far that I’m reluctant to give up now.
The Acacia species 10d is defeating me as is the Corrie Legend 3a ii.
The Joker in Brazil 8d ii is also eluding me.
Exhaustive searches online are not helping any more!
Has anyone managed this one without Wikipedia?

The answer to 5 ii earlier was wrong. The B belongs to 5i. 5ii is LLT but I can't parse it.

Tim, look up sway in Chambers Thesaurus then at the words beginning with S meaning rock. One is a synonym (and actually an alternative spelling) for an Arcacia variety.

*I meant homophone, not synonym, apologies.

3a ii. Cross Corrie legend gets a short smacker(7)
1 letter for Cross , 3 letter 1st name of corrie character with surname Sharples, 4 letter word for osculation with last letter removed.
8d ii Joker in Brazil regularly getting rum (7)
4 letter word for joker in odd letters of Brazil.
10d i Species of acacia will sway or rock ,wer'e told (6).
Don't know the cryptic part of this.
Hint to answer first part of "?????? rovers" pirates from North Africa.

Should be osculate not osculation in above post.

Hi all, I have all consonants for 3 down but struggling to work out the answers to the first two, does anyone have any clues please?
Also still can’t answer acacia question despite your helpful answers. Don’t have chambers though.
