It's the RAF banter sketch, one of the better sketches in the (in my view) disappointing Series 4, which didn't have John Cleese.

Now that the dust has settled (and humour restored), can someone help me with the parsing of 24d, please,

I have the question, 24 of the 25, and what I hope are the correct 7. The Title leads me to a well known book and an equally well known poet (the latter takes me back to O levels....).

Cass. 24dn is one of the 7. Once the pair has been removed, you need to then remove a gate - think electronic circuit. Then anagram the remainder for something Mr Putin might have, but larger in his case!
