Loge, the browser I use is Chrome and I never have to do one of those picture puzzles to log in. But if I use Safari I always have to. So consider using a different browser.

The wordplay is 'European' (4 letters) + 'language' (4 letters, minus the last one) and the def is 'rorquals', lumen (I thought you had the start of the fish [3 letters] from looking at the entry for 'rorqual' = '***back' , then followed it through to its 3 letter headword?).

Yes Orson same here, never a problem with Firefox on PC but pops up intermittently with Safari on iPhone. Oh well, First World problem and irrelevant in the great scheme of things.
