I managed to download and spent the afternoon in the garden, isolating with it. Have only entered 8 answers. Need to find our supper now and then e-birthday party for brother. Will get back on the case (with whatever aids I can muster!) tomorrow. And will join back into the conversation!

A very fair challenge, in my opinion (and quite a challenge at that).

Seconded, Drxx. I was beginning to lose interest in this series as we’ve had some poor puzzles recently (201 especially), but this was a joy. Nice theme unambiguously implemented, fair clues and quite difficult without being a slog. Hats off to the Soupster.

How do we submit the answers? Do we use the proper solutions or the adjusted ones that fit into the grid?

I'm trying the Genius again after several years away!

Sorry to say I don't know Soup at all. Wasn't there a facility whereby you could choose a compiler? I thought I might try a few of his cryptics first.

There is a search box on the main crossword page but Soup isn't among the list of cryptic compilers. As far as I know, he's only set Geniuses - and this is a particularly difficult one!
