I seem to be about to fail at the final hurdle, I've sussed the instructions and followed them. The result of the final instruction seems to suggest I need one more row than is available. I must have got some of the spare words wrong, or am I misinterpreting the co-ordinates?

Planks, there are seven possible endings only to the spare words and seven columns. (6 rows) I got caught out by a hyphenated spare word for a minute or two.

Presumably this is not meant to be a realistic game. I've played it three times now just to be sure my colours are correctly placed, and at several points the game should have finished with the next move but the player chose not to do so.

Theragman,

I knew there must be more to it than I was seeing! That just adds to the whole elegance. I wonder how long it takes each compiler to design one of these crosswords (seems to need another word, crossword doesn't do them justice).

... but the one I can't parse is 19dn, although the extra word must be 'loans'. I'm also not sure what the 'sea vehicle' is in 16dn.
