Thanks to all your hints, I have now filled the grid and completed the endgame - but there are a few clues where I've not been able to see the definition (15 & 32 across and 25 down). Although I won't be entering the competition, as that wasn't all my own work (and I don't want the prize, having already received a duplicate for a previous one) I would be grateful for a few pointers.

Phantom - 15a chooses right becomes choose slight, 32a torus becomes toe us and 25d liberally nasty becomes liberal dynasty. Hope this helps.

Hello all,
It worked out well in the end and thanks for those nudges.
For the last couple of weeks, I have tried to download the puzzles, but instead of a PDF file, it now downloads as HTML, which I cannot print.
Any help would be much appreciated

I don't access the puzzle online, so afraid I can't help. Though I suspect it may be something to do with how you're trying to download it. But this thread has limited visibility now. I suggest you put the same question on the current thread for Listener 4527.

Ciderdotndave - I've found the best way is to choose a print option and then select print as pdf. You can then choose where to save it. Hope this helps!
