I've just found it, Smartie, thank-you ! Funny you should mention the drain cleaning company, as I have a studio in a an old farmyard which now has businesses, and for a long time that particular company had it's offices next to me !

I had 1a originally as “open-eyed”, albeit with a bad definition. Held me up for ages. Did anyone else fall into that trap?
