Whether it is getting back the cost of a missing book.......or chastising folk who set their dogs onto defenceless goslings!

No fighting involved with eBay.
My query to the seller "Where's my book?" goes through eBay and I had an instant response from eBay, saying they will reimburse me on 18th April if the seller does not, although I think the seller will.
I am heading out to Pine Cone later with two granddaughters.

Beautiful blue sky and sunny....very cold though.
I shall do some tidying and titivating ready for the family arriving tomorrow.
I doubt they will notice, but I shall feel better for the effort!

Seems to be sunny weather all over!
Misses O and L-B are going with me.
Will be good fun.
I have been refunded for my missing book.
Two emails this morning.
One from eBay saying I was refunded and case closed.
And one from PayPal telling me I have a refund.
I have re-ordered the book from "Awesome Books", and it was a penny cheaper!

That is good! What an excellently quick response!
And I hope the newly ordered book arrives soon.
I am expecting a delivery sometime today....but have not yet received the time slot.
I hope the package will arrive before I want to go out again with the dog this afternoon.
I must now phone the builders to tell them that their estimate has been accepted...and see if they can give us a date to start work.
It will be nice to be "straight" again!

I have had this before and eBay have been spot on.

One of today's waitresses is at Uni with La Bamba, so they had quite a bit of chat!

I am glad you all enjoyed yourselves at the Pine Cone!
It has been glorious here ......and milder out this afternoon, in the sunshine.
I am hoping we shall have some "friendly" weather whilst the boys are here.
Our daughter will stay with us until Sunday and then she and our son -in- law are leaving the boys here, and going off on their own.
We shall be in sole charge of them!
I shall have to think of some interesting entertainment!
