It's not an expression I've ever heard before?
So I've just googled it ...apparently it's an expression that Brits are now saying (?!) when they are pretending to be offended! and it comes from the Catherine Tate show!
This is not a show that I have ever watched so cannot vouch for the veracity of that statement!
But seemingly the phrase is used by one of the characters, Derek Faye, in her sketch show?
Maybe someone who has actually seen the show can comment further?

I have that printer and it is very easy to use,I am finding Amazonis very good for almost anything last week I bought sandals. live mealworms. china butter dish.2 Kidl books and something to do with mu husbands milling machine all at 2.30am and on most next day delivery.I can even get them to collect if I need to return.Weather fine and dry just right
