It was good to see the prog.
I have long disliked the powers that be at British Cycling, and the dreadful bullying culture there, not the riders, and Team Sky I simply cannot stand.
I see in the cycling press that Froome's failed drug test is going to be defended with a claim that it was a malfunctioning kidney that caused the abnormal reading.
It stored up the banned substance instead of getting rid of it, or something like that!
Honestly!
I think Maria Sharapova's lawyers have been hired to deal with it.
I hope he gets a two year ban, or do I hear a carpet being lifted, and a brush being taken from a cupboard?
I am looking forward to my breakfast out tomorrow!

I have cancelled - or rather postponed - our plans for the weekend, as my husband is not well enough to go out.
He needs to stay indoors and keep warm!

Had a great breakfast and our waitress was from Belfast, so a good bit of banter and catching up, going on.
I am home for the day.
Watched a bit of the skiing, did my puzzle, and have the golf later, and that's me!

I have finished, bar a few dubious parsings, today's 15 x15.
The usual easier puzzle on a Saturday!
I especially liked 2d; 19a ; and 16d.
And we had "tondi "only recently , didn't we?
I am shortly going to watch some tennis......
I have avoided hearing the result!

The camera showed her going over to him, and to her father, when she won the match!

He was not man enough to tell her to her face.

I do not know David Lee but I hope he and Caroline are very happy together.
