I thought it had something to do with a disease.
It does if you add "a" to it.

Sounds like "collar" - band
4d fell into place with the additional letter.....
"polar" = "remote northern" (def)

If I heard someone say "choler" I would think only of "collar" anyway, so the "new" word would be lost on me!

I got a Tweet from Tayside Police giving a weather warning, that's all I know about "Caroline".
I think she is approaching from the West so maybe not affect me too much.

Oops, sorry if I confused you!

Yes, you do have it right......Sally is moving up to Scotland by Christmas, with the two dogs.......so that the house up there will not be left empty.
But Peter is to commute backwards and forwards between properties until the house here is sold.

Should be very doable though for any one with a bit of time to do research.

I thought perhaps you might enjoy having a "go" at the "Where was I?" puzzle.......which is why I sent you the link?
You are always interested in unearthing new information and uncovering new things.
One "titbit" of info could lead to another with this, and I should think it could turn out to be very interesting?
I have found out a couple of facts, but have not corroborated them yet......
I have printed the puzzle out, and put it aside, so that I can study it and do some research when I have more time.
