Rusty, Elle, going back to the subject of drugs - I was having an exchange of posts with Jazzy on singers etc... and it occured to me that some of these big stars touring around, giving concerts everynight or almost, and some of them doing so well into their 60s, 70s or even more (ie Aznavour etc) , well I reckon they must be taking something or other !

I'd be dead after just one week at this rate!

I always think the Queen looks great for her age and she was very agile at the Olympics, jumping out of aeroplanes etc. I did wonder?
Mind you, she is not trying to cheat anybody.
The pop folk nearly all do drugs, I think.
I believe they are very expensive.

I know about all the pop folks, but I was really talking about more 'classical' singers : I find it hard to imagine Aznavour for one using drugs, and yet how does he manage ?

Aznavour appears to be drug free.

I fear that I will now regard anyone looking too fit and healthy for their position or their age with grave suspicion.......what a sad world we do live in!

What is the latest on the Alberto Salazar situation? I read his heated denial that was in the BBC News online last week, but have heard no more since?
I wonder how this will affect Mo Farah? Am I misremembering or was there some such situation before with a previous coach of Mo's?
Not that I am casting any doubts on Mo himself here.
