Finally finished. Still getting up to speed with the Prize crosswords. Very satisfying when it began to all fall into place.

Still not sure how to parse 23d; got the antonym answer from crossers

23d - 3 letter "type of mushroom" goes inside 2 letter "operation" (as in 'deed') - original definition is "take! (as in 'receive') but, as you say, actual entry is an antonym.

Struggling with 9a, 2d, 3d, which seem to have gone uncommitted on, so must be missing something fairly obvious. I'm assuming 9a is an antonym. Anyone still out there and able to give a hint or three?

Everything's easy when you know how it works, I guess
