I'm left with two in the NW. I have an answer that sort of works for 9a, but can't see why "little" gives letters 2-4, and it leaves me with nothing for 1d.
Chris, I read little as in ‘little in number’. 1d is odd, but nothing else fits there and given the restrictions Picaroon imposed on himself (wink) a bit of grid crunch is not surprising

It parses as 3+3 where the first 3 is a 4 letter word that’s been ‘cut’. ‘Bank’ and ‘statement’ need to be considered separately. Chambers lists it as informal Australian.
