Not a proper name - an '!' after the last word would have helped the def.

Thanxx drxx - that's what I thought the least unlikely for a word in C. Given the quality of the rest of the clueing I think that's poor. One day I shall see an answer - probably in Viz - that is B*GG*R clued by "gosh".

Agree with others that 29 is a poor homophone and I'm surprised it made it past the editors. The rest of the clues are very good.

I don't think the homophone is all that bad. If it were a regular clue like:

Garland delivered like a strap (5)

I don't think there would be complaints...I think it's just the combination of the homophone with the letter removal that makes it unpopular.

I think the preamble is inaccurate in stating that the two collaborators 'created' the theme.

The top half is done, apart from14ac - nothing seems to make sense with the letters I have, which I'm sure are OK.

The SW corner is almost empty - hints please for 30ac - is it an address?

I came downstairs at 6am, looking forward to reading about Australia struggling in their second innings......

Hard to advise re: 14A without knowing your letters; the word is in Chambers, albeit a little obscure. No extra letter.

30A - a place, rather than an address as such. Anagram plus inclusion; extra letter.

Hi, I'm back after leaving the forum last night to watch Europe crush the USA in the Mosconi cup. Dylan, ref 14a, the answer is in Chambers, but not as a headword in it's own right but as secondary spelling. Look at the 2nd definition for posh - that should help.

Just wanted to say thank you to those who have posted about 29 across. I went to bed thinking I must have made a mistake, as I didn't have the intersecting 25 down and I was missing a couple of the extra letters of the 10 , even though I knew what they should be. All sorted now. Thanks again.

Thanks Gitto for 14ac. Any more tips for 30ac?

Gitto, 30 across is an &lit clue for a place in London famous for dance. There is an extra letter in the wordplay.
