This thread is for those who've perhaps got stuck on one tricky Listener clue and would like a nudge to get them going!
Requests for help should normally include the clue itself, details of the numbers of letters and any you have.*

No information on the theme should feature here, though gentle nudges may appear on the Extra Help thread.



*Sometimes, of course, Listener clues involve special instructions - such as information on missing letters or wordplay - and in those cases, simply giving the clue might not be enough for someone without a copy.

As mentioned on the other thread, the Listener isn't meant to be a doddle. It's always worth having a good stab at it before asking for help.

I have taken on board all the comments relating to having an Answers Thread and have decided to discontinue it as from this week. We have reverted back to the two usual threads, the Hints and Extra Help ones.

Surely I am not the first to finish this?

Can someone post the clues to 28 acr, 29acr, and 25 down? Just the clues themselves. My copy is missing the bottom of the page. Thanks

Gitto, looking at the timing of your post you finished about ten minutes before I did. Not a hard puzzle, though I did get stuck on the crossing of 29 across and 25 down for a while. Nice unambiguous ending!

Strange, though, full grid, got the theme, all the unclued elements, extracted what we thought were the ten letters, but they just don’t seem to form any coherent words or names.
Just have to re parse everything for completeness.
