I haven't bothered checking the numbered order (but I've taken note of them all) I just assumed they would be right... it's not an exercise I'd relish.

Just checked the 2nd set and it looks right to me.

Oh ok - perhaps the website I looked at had it wrong or I have done something not quite right.

Doesn’t change anything though.

I've checked this and the order of the middle two of the second set varies, depending on which site you look at. The one I used (which gives the most information, and I thought would be most reliable) has the middle two the other way round to the puzzle.

My list was compiled by 3 practitioners - Grave, Kimber and Lewis (I've checked and googling any of the names doesn't give anything away).

Looked at this again - they are in the right order in the grid (according to most lists) but I think the middle two clues are presented the wrong way round.

I’ve completed the top half, except for the final letter of 3dn. The obvious insertion seems to have nothing to do with the clue. Thoughts p,ease?

Dylan - have you looked up the word in Chambers?
