I keep seeing it said here that a green tick on the grid means that you've solved the crossword. My experiments suggest that for Everyman (and the Prize), all it means is that you've put some random letter in every square of the grid. As far as I can see the only way to check your answers is to wait - or come here :-)

I quite enjoyed this one. It was very smooth, and no clue jumped out as frustrating for the wrong reason. I have to call it a DNF, however; I don't know what the etiquette is for posting wrong answers is, but I managed to get an incorrect pair for 22D and 23A.

Fitzrover@44 that’s very curious, because when I change just one letter to make it incorrect then the tick immediately disappears, then when I correct it, the tick comes back. Perhaps check you have the latest update to the App which was about two weeks ago?

… or that perennial IT fix, try turning it off and on again!?

Hi Brendan. Thank you for your offer! But I've already sorted it - I only know I got them wrong because I googled the offending answers as they seemed slightly off.
