Great puzzle today. Loved the spoonerism and I usually hate them. Not sure of the parsing in 27a. First word is an anagram but after that?

Yes, the first word is an anagram/"Harry" followed by two homophones, the first iof a "month" and the second of a "trophy".

Ok I give up. Any hints for 8A - I have A*U*A. No idea.

And the spoonerism - nothing. NADA. Even with R*M* S*E*K

Hi, Mikey. 8A is a place in the WI. Evacuate the word Antigua to get 2 letters and insert a three letter word for polish
