I think the middle cell must be the one as it abbreviates our (all of our) location.

If I've been quiet it was because I've been working at it solidly. Mrs Seal is delighted that she could read without interruption for several days. I've finished and back to the sandbank in time to watch Arsenal.

A 5 letter synonym for mirror (also used to hold a drink) with the end letters removed. Then you insert the drill bit.
