I have a completed puzzle for submission but cannot parse several answers/replacements.

Can I get a couple of hints for 32a (clue answer) and 10d please . Also is 20a a replacement clue?

To cane is to rout around N.

For 10 down definition is tee then use t for time followed by a then n etc.
20across is a normal clue.

I’m not seeing the connection between the answer and replacement in 5dn. Any ideas?

Can anyone give me a steer on 24d? I started with Top Cats enemy but it didn't get me far. I think I have 5 of the letters for the replacement entry but can't find anything to fit. Thanks.

It's Top cat, not Top Cat. The substitute is hyphenated

For 'Top' you need an abbrev + a number followed by a male cat (all reversed) def - a proposal (at a meeting).
