I've got the full grid and the two messages, but I just can't see what to highlight in the grid.

Could someone give me a hint, please?

Ive found the cells to highlight but annoyingly can't solve 46-41. The letters I have are nonsense so something must have been entered wrongly.

Hi patch49, remove the usual shorthand for company from a word meaning voucher, to give the answer “supported by”

Demeter, start at the empty cell, and look for corresponding patterns
