Hi kt17, compliment appreciated but they can't all be winners. Any resemblance in my clue to the leader of the "world's greatest nation" after his latest "incendiary" outburst is entirely intentional.
Slag definition but mock/deride in surface.
Chambers gives dumb as stupid (originally US) so
the most stupid American = dumbest
bereft of honour = remove honour (MBE).
