I have WILLEY for 29dn but cannot see where in felon the break comes.
Also is Ralph one of the devils? If it is, then I don’t see what word pairs with it.

Ralph at 25ac is the imp in the printing house, but isn’t involved in the endgame.

The word “Ralph” is one of the 500 or so entries highlighted in the 12th edition of The Chambers Dictionary but omitted from the original 13th edition (2014). I presume that it has been reinstated in the revised 13th edition (2016).

Assuming I am right about where to insert the answer to 12acr, I don't think it results in a good surface reading but maybe I'm wrong

I was using Bradford's dictionary and Ralph was listed as a devil. I'll keep looking for my two missing devils.

I agree, Buzzb, I have the split after 'board'. But as to 'Landlord' - any homeowner or dweller will be concerned about those things, not merely landlords.
