I agree - it was the only solution that was not an individual

As I said in my first post 'that' may be only linking the two separate parts of the clue.

I've changed my answer from e to s following the logic set out in the thread, but it doesn't really matter as it is unchecked.

I've almost finished, just two left. I still haven't got the non thematic O. I have O?E?A?L?S. Are they the right crossers.

I can't find the non thematic F either. I have FR?A?E? I can only find one word that fits and can't see why. Any hints will be gratefully received, then I can put it away and pack for my holiday.

O the first three letters make up a number and the rest is a quantity of liquid - your S is wrong

F can be split 4/3 the pieces are in chess etc and your a is wrong

I had just worked out the answer to the O and realised my S was wrong.

This means that I had my non thematic H in the wrong place so I've swapped it with my thematic G. This makes my non thematic Z wrong, so I go round in circles. I now have ZI?H?R?T. Have I still got it wrong?
