I've got one of those bowls for my dog - I don't want to rain on your parade, Doglet, but it only worked for the first few times she used it. Once she sussed it out , it was back to gobbling again! In fact, I'll swear she saw it as a challenge and deliberately speeded up!
(I'm wearing socks too, but then I usually do with jeans!)

Grand day here, Elle.
Bromley's the place for shopping, eh!
Did you go there on a tram?
If I can get away with it, I prefer to shop online.
I have Royal Ascot to watch this week and the Tour of Switzerland. May have a wee bet on the colour of the Queen's outfit tomorrow. Light blue?
I have been trying out different browsers today.
Downloaded about 10 of them.
On Maxthon just now.

I went on a bus, Rusty! The trams go to Croydon, not Bromley! it only takes about 20 minutes.
Croydon is a good place for shopping too, I just fancied Bromley today.
The trouble with shopping online is the delivery charges - if I do shop online I try to ensure that I've bought sufficiently in bulk to get free delivery!
But if I want clothes, I prefer to try them on.......sizing today seems crazy....
You'll never guess what I 've done? I forgot to set the recorder for the tennis!! I could kick myself!
Why are you downloading so many browsers? I thought you were happy with Firefox? (never heard of Maxthon?)

Hello, Elle!
A good morning shopping!
Hope you have enough money left for "ladies who lunch" day?
I am trying out new browsers because my Chrome shortcut icons have gone apeshit on me!
Just plain squares now.
I have Ghostery, Chrome Beta, Boat Browser, and Opera Mini, downloaded and shall try them later.
There are 249 browsers in Google Play Store.
So, I shall boldly go and investigate them after tea.
My weather is a bitty dull, now.

Hi, Rusty!
Don't worry - I won't go without my Thursday lunchtime treat!
We don't spend a lot of money on lunch. We tend to look for restaurants where a set lunch is provided, thereby reasonably priced. And we like to try out different venues and different foods!
You say you're having trouble with the Chrome shortcut icons? I wonder if this is the same problem I'm having with MY Hudl? As you know, I haven't been able to access Hotmail through the appropriate icon?
Let me know how it goes?
249 browsers???
A lovely evening here!

Hello, Elle!
On my home screens some shortcut icons changed into small squares with a single letter in the middle.
Only on Google Chrome. It is not the Hudl.
I restored them using different browsers like Ghostery etc. But...not all browsers offer a home screen icon facility. I tried Chrome Beta but that is no good.
Ghostery seems quite good.
Yes, 249 browsers. Spoilt for choice.

Elle, why not try Hotmail on a different browser.
Firefox or Opera, or something?
Won't do any harm.

Rusty, on my desk top I can download Firefox for FREE(altho I don't use it as I prefer IE) but on the Hudl when I try to download Firefox free, it seems to expect me to pay?

No!
Firefox is free on mine, anyway.
Are you going into the Google Play Store for it?
That is what I did.
Out of the 249 browsers in there, there are only a few (clearly marked) that are not free.
