Yes, I think you are right.....it does sound as though the browser makes a difference.
if you read the "@Norah" thread, you will see that Brendan and Tyke have also come to that conclusion - both saying, as you do, that Chrome is giving no problems.
Maybe you could change your browser on your other appliances....and see if that would help?
It may be worth a try?
I use Edge on my desk top computer, and Chrome on my Hudl.
