I found this quite unsatisfying - not convinced by many of my answers, struggled to parse several, even though I get the theme. I'm just not sure I'm a Paul fan ...

I generally am a Paul fan but I can't say I'm particularly enjoying this.

Given I am a born and bred native, and having lived all over the world have now returned, this was a lot easier for me than most. Having got 17, that made 8, 24 a write in having been brought up to be able to recite it. 😂

A fun and welcome theme, and less of a challenge than some others recently.

For me, this was Paul at his worst, in full "aren't I clever?" mode. There are a couple I can't parse but, like chrise earlier, I can't be bothered. It just lacks the elegance of the last three cryptics this week.

I’m not breezing through this at all but it is fun. I’ve got 8 clues to go I think that 11a is a Pauline clue am I right?

Birder, the answer has the potential for Pauline interpretation, but the wordplay in this instance is fairly innocent I think.

Girl's name, but could be read as 2,4 to give the second definition
