25 is a four letter composer (American) inside a four letter word for harness. Definition is listens.

New bbc4 crime drama tonight. French I think.

I think I got these in the end, though 16d was new to me. As you may recall I don't do sport. I worked out 25 ac.

Just 18ac and 21ac to get. I assume I have to remove the first letter of one word to get another for 21 ac.

We will be watching the new drama on BBC4 tonight, definitely French.

I think you might have mixed up 18 and 21 - you have to do for 18 what you said for 21!
(18 was actually my FOI!)
