10a - double definition "look" and "lord" as in someone in the House of Lords.

8d - 6 letter "emphasize" + 4 letter "international" (think 'cricket') - definition is "investigation of pressure"

Thanks, Brendan. Just got the first one, but still stuck on the emphasise part of the second clue. I’m assuming my first letter, E, is correct

Thanks Annie and, for what it's worth, I only knew the noun from a scene in Blackadder where Percy calls "Bob" a "right R?????R doister" 😂

18 was my LOI for a funny reason. I saw the solution, and despite the unfamiliar usage figured it had to be correct. But I had mistyped 20a, which implied that the 2nd and 3d letters would be "OO"...which was remotely possible but I couldn't believe. Finally saw the typo and finished.

The long anagrams in particular cost me a lot of solving time and made this a slightly harder than usual Everyman.
