I nearly have the gridfill but I am struggling with 10d and 13d.

I would be grateful for a hint to these two answers. I think I know what 'type' the two clues are.

As normal, I got 13d almost immediately. I now seem to have a grid with several holes, which is what I expected. 10d still resists.

10d - 3 letter synonym, 'false' + musical note (the def's a bit obscure for a fairly common word).

I spoke too soon: wrong answer to 13d, I know more or less where it must be entered but nothing seems to work. Hint appreciated

3 letters for 'poor' (with one of the next two words adapted to justify the loss of its first letter) + synonym, 'rhyme'.
