Struggling in the NE. I have an answer for 6d that Google just about justifies, but if it's right it's hardly fair in a British puzzle!

Also can't parse 2d or 11d.

If anyone is having problems with 1a and 5a, go look at the first two clues in todays FT!!
How does that happen by chance??

5a parses as three 2-letter bits. 7d is youth slang for "cool", and a literal (mis)interpretation of "lippy".

ok, 6d now corrected (i think my answer was better!), and so 5a. still no idea on 7d or 10a, though.

You might expect to find 10a in a Pauline crossword.
