All done except radial 27. I have a couple of choices but neither of them is totally satisfactory

Tremendous puzzle.

Just a couple of not properly parsed. I can't fathom the reason for "member offering" at 31 and cannot parse 32 at all - "Alistair Leslie Graham finishes off with that pope". Certain of the extra letter.

Jordan, 27 is a roundabout anagram - my last one solved.

Check out the full name, bobbycollins.
First four words of 31 are definitive.

Can I ask a question about grid entries? Clearly the cells of a jumble need to be contiguous, I.e. connected by sides, rather than mere corners, but is there any stricter requirement than that? I’m looking at the group of radials 13-14-15. As far as I can see there are two possible entry methods for the jumbled answer, giving different choices for the letter in the second ring. One looks more natural, and deviates less, but both seem possible. What am I missing?

You must have something as the letter in the second ring is unambiguous

That should have said "something wrong"
