dougalf I see what you mean with 14. It's at least ambiguous. Would help if ignores was at the start of the sentence.

Morning all. I enjoyed this, esp 9A & my LOI, 14D which - Dougalf - I thinks works because you're changing a hundred to a thousand.
And for 10A, remove the "sides" from a 6 letter word to get the answer.
