Despite all the previous hints for 15d I really can't see the spoonerism.

I have the scandinavian, the homophone part, the definition and the answer from the definition but cannot see how it all goes together as a spoonerism.. I am obviously missing something that everyone else has seen!

All other clues finished but have spent the last hour and a half on this one. Can someone put me out of my misery please?

Think of what you do on a boat to avoid paying the fare (past tense)

Just swap L and ST and speak how it sounds

Thanks to chrisxxx for 5a. Nice one! Still can't get 9d, though, despite all the hints. I think I know the letters of the 11-letter anagram, or maybe I don't. Any help appreciated!

COD for me = 25a, once I figured out what it was all about.

Catcharmer if yiu are not 4d you will be 9d. Took me ages as well. The first 3 letter word is not from the anagram.
