Okiedoke, I see it now!

15A I still have no idea. 4D neither! Pretty sure my answers are correct though. Cupid seems to be related to the lips and not the body part I have in the answer

5d is "about" for the first two letters and the rest is the coastal inlet. I had to change 15a from the first stab for two reasons: (a) to make it parse better and (b) to adjust 13d into something that immediately parses easily.
