Ladybee. Ref the town in Oklahoma I would be inclined to go for the word ending in A, as it reads backwards consecutively,with the required answer to the clue, if that counts for anything. Maybe you will still have to solve the 50-50 problem so I cannot tell you the utimate solution as I still have one to do !! maybe it wont matter as George 111 once said, we still have three months to go ?! It looks as though he may need it!

michaeledark - the thing is the question says 'upset' which implies anagram. If you use the city ending in A, then the pointer should be 'back' or 'backwards'.

Hi Lisalippy thanks for coming back aboout Q17. I too have 51 beginning with A. The only question in doubt is Q64 Tell man to arrange suitable place for digs - I have apartment but doubt this is right. I would be grateful for any hints to the correct answer.

McLaren - it doesn't help the A problem. My answer also begins with A and for people who don't have gardens, or begin enough gardens, they might own an...... to grow extra vegetables. For further confirmation, it is an anagram of Tell Man To.

Many thanks Magic1 and Ladybee for your help - I've now solved Q64 - how dim can I be. However it doesn't resolve my query re 50/50 split on answers. I'll need to re-check all my answers.
