McLaren - thanks for your offer, I've kind of finished the quiz except I have two answers for No.48. If I go for the more obvious one, that will give me 51 answers ending with A so does that mean one of my other answers needs changing. It's a quandary.

Ladbybee no.48 i have another term for an untidy woman (backwards) if thats any help

lippylisa -thanks, that's my obvious answer but the letters, beginning with A, make another town in Oklahoma. If I use the more well known place, I have 5l answers ending in A. If I use the more obscure answer, it works out 50-50.

Am struggling with Clue 17. A salesman returns it whenever getting a drink. Thought it might be Aperitif but this gives me too many A answers. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

McLaren that is the answer i have in too...can't explain why cuz its one my sister got (do it together with her) and i didn't question it! will ask her tommorow tho if you need clarification on that one
